岗位职责:-和备件控制相关人员合作，合理的完善设备备件主数据。Cooperate with spare part control related personnel, perfect equipment spare parts master data in a rational way.-根据维护管理需求，优化SAP-***的工作流程。According to the requirement of maintenance management, optimize SAP-*** work flow.-完成仓储库存的各项报表，提出建议，供管理层决策。Finish all kinds of report form for the warehouse storage; make suggestion for the management for their decision.-和培训部门协调，对装置维护工程师实施适当的SAP-***培训。Coordinate with the Training Department to conduct appropriate SAP-*** training for plant maintenance engineer.-建立备品备件、化学品的控制管理体系，形成一个科学的、完善的网络。Establish control &amp management system for spare parts, chemicals, forming a scientific &amp perfect work.-负责调试备件、昂贵备件、两年备件和通用材料化学品的接收、入库和发货工作。In ge of receiving, entering warehouse &amp issuing for commissioning spare parts, capital spare parts, 2-year spare parts and GP chemicals.-规划仓库的结构布置，制订入库、保管、出库的程序及制度。Propose the structure &amp layout of the warehouse, formulate the procedure &amp regulation for material moving into the warehouse, keeping and moving out of the warehouse.-与财务部门合作，共同作好仓储的盘点工作。Cooperate with the Financial Department in the inventory check of the warehouse.-支持现场的日常维护 及大修工作。Support the daily maintenance and TAR of the plants.-为团队成员设定明确的业绩目标。Set up specific business target for the team.-管理承包商借用人员，共同做好物料控制工作。Manage people leased contractors and make joint efforts to complete material control work.-负有管理、辅导团队的职责，认真践行并积极推进公司价值观和企业文化建设。包括但不限于责任与承诺、道德与合规、CI持续改进等。Be responsible for managing and mentoring the team, carefully practice and actively promote company value and enterprise culture construction, including but not limited to accountability, commitment, ethics and compliance, continuous improvements, etc.-及时完成上级经理分配的其他工作。Timely complete other work assigned by superior managers.任职资格:-本科及以上学历，机械专业优先。Bachelor degree or above, mechanical majors are preferred.-8年以上石油化工行业或本专业工作经验，熟悉备件管理和仓库管理优先。More than 8-year work experience in petrochemical industry or of the specialties; experience in spares and warehouse management is preferred.-具备SAP-MM 模块的管理和应用经验。With management and application experience of SAP-*** module.-拥有装置从基建到生产正常运行过程中备件管理的经验。Having experience of spare parts management the construction to the operation of the plant.-熟悉本行业标准。Familiar with professional standards.-具备人员管理、培训和指导经验。Experience in managerial expertise, training and instruction.-须精通EXCEL，WORD及POWERPOINT。Good computer skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.-善于交流并且英语读写流利。Good at communication and fluent English in reading and writing.
